Submit Your Own Review!Great service, friendly staff with entertainment and great food and dining options.
Pros: Great service, friendly staff with entertainment and great food and dining options.
Cons: Older smaller ship, could use some upgrades. Not as much entertainment as a bigger ship but more quiet and less crowded.
Review: We had a great time, service was impressive. Because there was less entertainment than a bigger newer ship with water parks etc the staff really made up for it in service. We enjoyed the shows, enjoyed that while it was a smaller older ship, it still offered enough to entertain and it was less crowded and not as many children. We all have children of our own so this was a nice break for a group of moms from cooking and cleaning and more of an adult girls trip. The suite was kept clean and cared for despite being older. There was a lot more space than we even thought there would be. Food choices were plenty and definitely overindulged. We really had a lot of fun. Despite the weather not being ideal, we found lots of alternatives to fill our time. All the water excursions were cancelled due to sea conditions in Cozumel but we found a land excursion that was fun. The buggy tour with tequila tasting beach and lunch with lots of opportunities for shopping and learning about local area. In Costa Maya the bacalar 7 color lagoon tour wasn’t ideal due to weather, but the tour guides apologized for the weather. Lol I know it would have been so much more beautiful had the weather cooperated. So take the weather into consideration.
Everything - hospitality, staff, food!
Pros: Everything - hospitality, staff, food!
Cons: None!
Review: This will be a new holiday tradition - our family had an absolute blast on the Enchantment of the Seas! The staff ends up being like family, the only con was departing the ship!

Review: Our server at lunch was usually Michael and he was truly a Gem. At dinner we sat at table206 at 8:00pm and our two servers were Magnificent. All the staff are Wonderful. Thank You for making our Vacation one to remember!

Review: Really good excursion. All of us feel this way.
Food, nightly shows, engaging daily activities, excellent cabin attendants & dinning room servers
Pros: Food, nightly shows, engaging daily activities, excellent cabin attendants & dinning room servers
Cons: Shops on the ship were lacking, tender transfers to and from the ship needs improvement
Review: This is an older ship and it's starting to show its age. We booked 2 cabins (interior and a balcony). The interior cabin was so small and our granddaughter and our niece were cramped. They spend a lot of time in our more roomier balcony stateroom. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, especially since our granddaughter is on the autism spectrum.
Smaller ship, friendly staff
Pros: Smaller ship, friendly staff
Cons: Be prepared to negotiate at ports
Review: My husband and I took our two sons, 24 and 25, on their first cruise. All of us had a wonderful time because of all the options available. Sunshine, beaches, casino, physical activity, and just the right amount of food. We embarked out of Tampa and it was easy. Disembarking was easy and fast. We would do this type of trip again. Rojas is my only disappointment. Weather affected our tendering and we got stuck on shore for 3 hours trying to get back to the ship.

Review: The main dining was great for our family of 5! Our servers and the serving manager made our kiddos feel very welcome. My kids are 3,6,9, and they all enjoyed our dinners together! The staff at adventure ocean was great! It allowed my husband and I to enjoy some time to ourselves. We had a great 5 day getaway!

Outstanding Food and Beverage, service, entertainment and staff. Was a fun cruise.
Pros: Outstanding Food and Beverage, service, entertainment and staff. Was a fun cruise.
Cons: Freeport - Not much to do. Need to cab over to Port Lucaya
Review: Was a fun time on board with lots of activities, entertainment and good food. Staff service levels were excellent and Chops Grille was outstanding. The best Chop's experience on the cruiseline and I have been to many. My only negative was the Freeport - Grand Bahama port experience. Had to bus/cab over to Port Lucaya which was about 1/2 hour away. Only 11 miles but was a long ride. Shuttle/bus service we used was disorganized and we had to wait well beyond our return time to get back to the ship. Port Lucaya is fun and attractive with lots of nice restaurants and bars but the cruiseline needs to do a better job of getting people to and from the location.
Organized, wonderful staff, good food and really good entertainment.
Pros: Organized, wonderful staff, good food and really good entertainment.
Cons: Can’t think of any at this time.
Review:

Pros: 1. Clean 2. Updated 3. Food Was Great. 4. Accommodating Crew......BUT
Cons: 1. Didn’t have enough CREW
Review: This cruise was a short one but was jam packed with fun and lots of activities. The crew was great BUT just seemed like it was lacking in enough of them. I’ve cruised with RC many times on big ships and this medium ship so I know the ratio to guests to crew. But all in all the cruise was great including the ship itself.
Excellent staff
Pros: Excellent staff
Cons: Old ship that needs more maintenance
Review: The staff members on this ship were among the best we have seen on many cruises. Across the board, they were professional and pleasant.
Hello

Review: Great time!
Inexpensive and quick
Pros: Inexpensive and quick
Cons: State rooms need updating
Review: Unless you're drinking more than 4 drinks per day or a bottle of wine don't get the drink package. If you decide to purchase it do so 1 week before boarding date to take advantage of the discount.
Clean, friendly, shows and music, food
Pros: Clean, friendly, shows and music, food
Cons: Some of the bartenders were aloof
Review: Very good experience
Food,Staff,Boarding and Exiting very efficient.
Pros: Food,Staff,Boarding and Exiting very efficient.
Cons: Entertainment, extra charges
Review: Entertainment a little campy, but understandable on short cruses. Needs to have late night food stay open till after clubs close not just have room service. Special dining restaurants should not have a extra charge menu, either include it in your price or not on menu , same in dining room and with drink pkgs.(special drinks)
relaxation
Pros: relaxation
Cons: excursion prices
Review: The cruise was great. Staff is outstanding, especially Fritz in Royal Suite housekeeping. Cons would have been if you purchase a suite, you should also get at least 1 free excursion of your choice for the price that you pay.
great time
Pros: great time

Chops, Chef's Table, Room Steward
Pros: Chops, Chef's Table, Room Steward
Cons: Bar service at the pool, Windjammers food and service. Formal night slobs
Review: All in all we love RC. Many upsides, but the service in Windjammers along with the food, and the bar service at the pools was really bad. What makes it worse was watching servers just standing around. Sadly, cruise ships lost the glam of formal night. Now it seems that dressing up means a half clean pair of shorts and a tee-shirt.... very sad. Ship shows wear for her age,,,
SERVICE STAFF
Pros: SERVICE STAFF
Cons: STOP IN KEY WEST HAD TO GO THRU CUSTOMS
Review: As always had a great trip on the Enchantment
good
Pros: good
Cons: n/a
Review: Our bartender Paul English was amazing as well as out dinner server Sorcorro and Julian
The Bahamas/Atlantis stop had a late departure and we were able to stay and enjoy the waterpark and go out for dinner - we had to be back to the ship by 11pm - all the other cruise ships left before dinner time.
Pros: The Bahamas/Atlantis stop had a late departure and we were able to stay and enjoy the waterpark and go out for dinner - we had to be back to the ship by 11pm - all the other cruise ships left before dinner time.
Cons: The Key West port was a pain because of having to go through customs on the ship - a little disorganized. Quick procedure in the end, but a pain.
Review: We went for a girls' grad trip and it was the perfect amount of time and variety of activities/excursions. Everyone on board was so nice and helpful. We had a terrific time!
Great Food, drinks, staff, destinations
Pros: Great Food, drinks, staff, destinations
Cons: not enough time at destinations, parts of ship out-dated
Review: Overall great Cruise experience!
From beginning to end, everything was well thought out and executed
Pros: From beginning to end, everything was well thought out and executed
Cons: We didn't experience any cons
Review: It was a wonderful first cruise. From the airport to the ship, and on the ship and destinations were done very well. We had fun, relaxed, enjoyed the cities and entertainment on board. Well done!
Pros: No Pros
Cons: No Cons
Review: This was our first cruise and we were new to it all. There is alot of activities to do on the ship which was pretty cool. It was nice to stop at the different ports and to be able to do some of the excursions we prepaid for with the exception of on due to the weather however, we did get our money back. It was something to experience. We just didn't like that we had to be on-board at a certain time but we also realize that this needs to happen in order for the ship to get to the other ports. For us it's nice to be able to set your own schedule much like you do when you travel via air someplace you can pretty much do that. Keep in mind that as I mentioned above this was new. Will we go on another cruise again? My guess is yes now that we know what to expect. We will be able to better schedule what it is we want to do.
Most of the staff went all out to help us have a wonderful experience.
Pros: Most of the staff went all out to help us have a wonderful experience.
Cons: We thought the beverage packages and beverages were too expensive. Also, the items they were selling in the center of the shopping area were not worth the money.
Review: I am not a lover of gourmet foods so, preferred to eat in the Windjammer cafe'.
Great destinations, great ship staff...especially in the My Fair Lady Dining Room
Pros: Great destinations, great ship staff...especially in the My Fair Lady Dining Room
Cons: Tiny cabi
Review: My family of four were in 4076 and unless the family has small children, the cabin and restroom were too small! The cabin across the hall had significantly more space but no window. Next time, I will sacrifice the window for space or upgrade.
Comfortable suite with balcony, good selections for breakfast, concierge lounge service was good
Pros: Comfortable suite with balcony, good selections for breakfast, concierge lounge service was good
Cons: Not enough choices for dinner, evening program times were too short and times were constantly changing
Review: Overall enjoyable cruise
Pros: No Pros
Cons: No Cons
Review: We had a very good time aboard the Enchantment of the sea..... The ship exceeded in all areas...
Great food
Pros: Great food
Cons: Free style dining was a problem. First night was told that we would need to wait 45 minutes. I found that unexceptable. After much conversation, we were escorted to an excellent seat and needed to reserve a time for the remaining nights.
Review: See cons
Affordable
Pros: Affordable
Cons: Smaller ship and this particular cruise seemed geared more towards the seniors crowd.
Review:
Entertainment, dining room service, crew
Pros: Entertainment, dining room service, crew
Cons: Bingo, food
Review: The entertainment was fabulous and the crew and dining room service was excellent. There needs to be a better way to sell the Bingo cards and the breakfast on debarkation was not tasty. The toast was cold, the eggs were cold and not labeled so wasn't sure what I was eating and the Casino needs to update their slot machines.
Excellent service
Pros: Excellent service
Cons: Rough waters & bad weather
Review: Had a nice relaxing cruise even though it was very rough waters. We all had our sea legs. We have been on this cruise multiple times and have only made it to the private island 3. We did not get to go this cruise due to very rough seas. The only thing I objected to was passengers bringing their own huge pieces of luggage on board and trying to maneuver them in the Windjammer during lunch. I think the ship should not allow luggage in any of the eating areas and should provide a place to store it until the rooms are ready.
Staff was very attentive and polite
Pros: Staff was very attentive and polite
Cons: Ship is showing its age. Food quality just average.
Review: Food quality at breakfast and lunch just average. Dinner was a little better but only because the wait staff did everything they could to make dinners special.
Great service and lots to do.

Pros: Staff everywhere and always helpful. Very clean and lots of fun.
Cons: None except trying to find my room every time I left it; probably my fault.
Review: Loved Coco Cay. Staff was excellent!
Service was extraordinary
Pros: Service was extraordinary
Cons: Ship is small, dated, lacks the open-air feeling of ships with Promenades.
Review: Royal Caribbean is STILL our preferred cruise line and we appreciate the level of service. Family Suite, 8015 (only 1 on board) was perfect! Our smaller cabin, 4513, seriously needs refreshing, especially the bathroom.
Staff was awesome and lines were pretty small.
Pros: Staff was awesome and lines were pretty small.
Cons: Bathrooms were a little small and the pools were really full.
Review: Overall the vacation was great!! The staff at Boleros was wonderful. The late night shows were so funny!

Cons: The cost of the drinks were too high

On-board entertainment, food, staff
Pros: On-board entertainment, food, staff
Cons: Stay away from port shopping
Review: I had a fantastic time and Royal Caribbean offered a top-notch experience. I would recommend that you stay away from shopping in the Bahamas. The sales staff on the islands are uncomfortably aggressive and you will be overcharged unless you haggle.
Food
Pros: Food
Cons: Beverage Package Prices
Review: Our ship needs a face lift and a upgrade to decor. Sewage smell made me nautious.
Over all quality of staff and treatment
Pros: Over all quality of staff and treatment
Cons: Food was good not great
Review: The professional and helpful quality of all the staff / crew was fantastic, the shows at night were very high quality ( much better than I expected) Nice room and the ship was well cared for Only slight downgrade was in the quality of the food, particularly the proteins. Appetizers and salads were very good, also the desserts, but the entrees were often over done and the meats not tender . Last night my wife and I ordered lobster and both of ours was way way over cooked and not flavorful. The food serving staff was excellent at all time

The staff was wonderful!
Pros: The staff was wonderful!
Cons: The scrambled eggs in buffet and thats it!
Review: Everything was wonderful we had the best staff ever and we cruise a lot. Felix the Concierge was awesome, he took care of everything and four high maintenance women he did well. Then the table staff Carlington & Carlos we couldn't have asked for better. We had Val in Chops and he was a sweetheart being so attentive. Cabin staff...Hospicia was the best she took care of everything we asked and spoiled us. They all did! We felt like family to them. Ship was older but the atmosphere was inviting, clean and well maintained. Recommend to everyone this cruise! Carol Ann Wyatt....Suite 8540

Review: The reduction in staff was very evident with regards to our previous August trip. All had a great time . Drew's room could have been better since the kids were on top of them. Our shower curtain was too short and flooded the bathroom floor for the 3 nights. the steward was given noticed to no avail. Regards , Andy & Kay
No hassle, great steward and cast members, COCO Cay was awesome
Pros: No hassle, great steward and cast members, COCO Cay was awesome
Cons: Bed was not as comfortable as I expected, length of island time
Review: would like to have spent more time on Coco Cay than in Nassau. our room Steward and dining crew were fabulous. we did my time dining. if the smoking can be eliminated from the casino or better aired, we would have given the one handed bandits, :) a try. Will book another cruise with Royal in the future.
Service, Staff, Private Island, Food, Teen Program
Pros: Service, Staff, Private Island, Food, Teen Program
Cons: Dated Ship, Young Kids Activities, Room below dining room.
Review: One of Royal's smaller dated ships. Not a lot for younger kids to do. Teens program was great. Staff was great as well as food. Room below main dining room was noisy ALL night long as they must have been moving tables/cleaning and doing maintenance at night every night. The private island was nice also with more good food.

Pros: different locations to eat
Cons: unable to hear announcements inside of the stateroom
Review: Room 4074 large Oceanview stateroom was comfortable for 2. Loved the door to the shower and storage space was sufficient. Lots of activities to do for adults and children. Not enough time on short cruise to enjoy all activities. Husband and I had a wonderful family reunion July 4th celebration. We were impressed with set up for private island, Cococay, Bahamas.diffetrnt

The staff, the food, the cabin, the beauty and efficiency of the ship.
Pros: The staff, the food, the cabin, the beauty and efficiency of the ship.
Cons: Playing Joel Osteen, evangelist minister, out by the pool, long and loud.
Review: The boarding was the usual long and tedious process though not unplesant, but once past that everything was as perfect as could be possible. I was most impressed by the staff: their efficiency, their availability, their helpfulness, and their manners, showing me that nothing was too much trouble, even when they were in mid-chore. And very importantly, they were all fluent in English. That made them perfect.
Everything was very good.
Pros: Everything was very good.
Cons: We had no complaints.
Review: Our family enjoyed the entire cruising experience. We received excellent service each and every day. The food was delicious.
